Dan and Molly have built their real estate business over the years by treating sellers and buyers as they themselves would want to be treated---by listening to their needs, by providing information, by being in constant communication with their clients. Personal
Dan and Molly are each full time Realtors® and members of The Pacific West Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. In addition, Molly is a licensed Public Notary.
Dan, a native Californian, is a graduate of Cal State Northridge and holds both bachelors and masters degrees. His prior experiences include nineteen years in the teaching profession. Molly moved to California in 1968 from the midwest. Her education includes both bachelors and masters degrees in business. With their combined education and professional experiences, they are well versed in the skills so necessary to market a property and to negotiate a successful transaction on behalf of their clients.
Although real estate makes up a large part of their lives, they do make time for family which includes two grown sons, Steve who teaches in Yorba Linda, and Donald, who lives in North Carolina with his wife Wendy and their two children, AJ and Kaylin. Dan and Molly also volunteer for Dan's alma mater, St John Bosco. One of their favorite past times is following the St. John Bosco football team and attending all the games.
